Nigerian politician, Femi Fani-Kayode has reportedly defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
The news was first made known to the public in a recent post by Femi Adesina , the special adviser to the president buhari on media, in a recent post on Facebook.
He shared pictures of Femi Fani-Kayode and President Muhammadu Buhari in government house, Abuja and other dignitaries.
Before his defection to All Progressive Congress, Femi Fani-Kayode had vehemently denied reports that he had any intention of joining the party and had vowed that his loyalty was with the (PDP) People Democratic Party as he had in the past being a very strong critic against the government of the ruling party.
Femi Adesina, today Thursday, September 16, 2021 took to his social media handle to share photos of the quiet transition of the politician and wrote –
‘President Buhari is happy to receives New APC Member Femi Fani-Kayode in State House on 16th Sep 2021’
