James Nwafor is a free man, and currently the chief security officer for Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the gubernatorial candidate for APGA.
James is not dead nor on the run. He is very much free and alive.
The #EndSARS Panel in Anambra has not given any recommendations nor updates as to our case.
Yes, it is a very painful situation for me, my family and every victim of SARS brutality and their survivors.
Yes, my parents are still in pains. I feel like trash, sometimes I do regret telling his story and making them relive their pain so publicly. Most times, I’m convinced it was the right thing to do. It doesn’t get any easier but I’m alive and I won’t stop advocating.
I want justice, it’s that simple. I want James Nwafor and every other killer cop to pay for what they have done not just to my family but every other families that have lost their loved ones. I don’t intend to rest till I achieve that.
I don’t know what I would do if I find out Chijioke is still alive. I also can’t imagine what his last thoughts were. I don’t if he was shot or beaten to death. Yes, my father sold the land on which my little sister was buried in the course of finding him.
The police legal rep, Innocent Obi and James Nwafor had very different stories. James told my parents on 8th Dec 2012 that he had killed my brother and there was nothing we can do about it. And he reiterated this in his tweet, when he said they died in custody.
Innocent said Chijioke was killed in a shootout between SARS and Chijioke’s robbery gang. This he said happened on the 16th of January 2013, when Chijioke took SARS operatives to their (his gang’s) hideout and they opened fire on SARS and Chijioke who was in the car was hit
Yes, @DavidHundeyin was right. The police legal rep was asking me out at the panel and promising me better treatment and response cos “he likes me and thinks I’m beautiful”
I am an angry, vengeful, frustrated, uncouth human and this month is very very triggering and difficult for me. I’d like some kindness but if you’re not up to it, that’s fine too. – Above all else, I want closure. I want a body to bury or a place where the body was buried.
Yes, my family has refused to do any form of burial for my brother. We are holding onto hope and believing that we will get a body someday or be pointed to a place that he was buried. My mother, however, believes that he’s alive and will come back someday.
Today, I found out @CspJamesNwafor the man responsible for the disappearance (or possibly death) of my brother is on twitter. This beast kills for fun and claims he's untouchable. @anambrastate_ and @GovObiano must stop protecting this man so he can pay for his crimes! pic.twitter.com/0U3qc0hhBy— Where is Chijioke?
